Set in the Yallingup forest on 2.5 acres. Fully self contained studio in our shed. Queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, 2.5 seater lounge, dining table for 2, Smart TV and WIFI. Kitchenette. About 8 minutes drive to Yallingup Beach or Smiths Beach. 10 minutes drive to Dunsborough. Enjoy the ocean view from the drinks deck - perfect for morning coffee or a sundowner. Dell-icious is small but cozy and comfortable little space tucked in amongst the beautiful forest. The space - Part of our shed with separate entrance - insulation and gyprocked walls and ceilings - Reverse cycle air conditioner. Bar heater in winter. - Comfortable queen bed. All bed and bathroom linen provided. - wardrobe, chest of drawers - Smart TV and Free WIFI - Kitchenette includes crockery, cutlery, bar fridge, kettle, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Nespresso machine. - Ensuite with towels provided. Please note; hot water service is small but will provide hot water for 1 long shower before requiring a short period of time to refill and heat. - Table with two chairs - 2.5 seater lounge - 8 minutes drive to Yallingup Beach or Smiths Beach - 10 minutes Drive to Dunsborough Town - Peaceful bush location. - We are located in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. - Please Note:- mobile reception is possible but not strong. This is out of our control. WIFI; we have the best service we could get with boosters however living regionally, there are issues with overuse in the area which can result in slow WIFI connection. - We have a dog called Snowy. She is super friendly and would never bite. She does like shoes though so please don’t leave your shoes outside. NOTE - The shed is within close proximity to our residence however you will have privacy. Guest access Access to the studio and chairs provided outside the studio.
