Former Charles LAFITTE Distillery, Domaine de La Gune is located at the crossroads of 4 departments (Gironde, Dordogne, Charente and Charente-Maritime), close to major sights: Bordeaux 1 hr - Bergerac 1 hr - Cognac 1 hr - St-Émilion 30 min We welcome you to our 19th-century house located in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park with several centuries-old specimens and a pond. You'll also have access to a large heated (13x4) and secure pool to relax. The space Our house is a 19 th -century stone building of 300 square meters on one level with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets. An outdoor table that is sheltered in case of rain. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, namely: the 300 m2 house, the 2.5 ha wooded park, a large heated and secure swimming pool (13 x 4) (2 alarms) from May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions), a large boules court, ping-pong table, BBQ, plancha, etc. Other things to note We sometimes occupy a second home at the entrance to the estate with private access.
