Villa Phoenix - 2 is a beautiful, modern designed private Villa in Fethiye. The space -Our Villa has a Jacuzzi and fireplace. -Our Villa is located in a naturel and quite area. -In walking distance, you can find local markets and supermarkets. -Our Villa is furnitured and you can find anything you need in a standard house. - The city center is only 10 km's away. - There is a public transportation. The buses are just passing in front of the Villa(*Only on Summer) and there is a Taxi calling button in front of the Villa. - The closest beach is only 350 meters away. And in these beach side, you can find surf schools, restaurants and bars. - There is a local village market that you can buy fresh greengrocery. Guest access You will have a private car park, private swimming pool, private garden and BBQ. Other things to note -Our Villa has a beautiful big swimming pool. It's not heated for now. -The swimming pool is not available in Winter season. (Until 15th of May) -You can make a request about the swimming pool to be available in Winter season before you book the property and we can discuss if it is possible or not. -If you are visiting our Villa in Winter time, theres a beautiful fireplace in the Villa. Please request a firewood before you book.
