Villa with view, large pool and olives

Lovely villa in the middle of a large garden with olives and fruit trees. The pool is filled with saltwater and large enough for taking a proper morning swim - 10 m x 4 and 1.5 m deep (Nb consider if suitable for small children). 500 m from the house you will find the nearest ristorante and pizzeria, and 2.5 km a nice village with all the necessities like supermarkets, butcher, piazza with bars, restaurants, fashion shops. Famous towns as Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Spoleto are all nearby. The space The villa is modern, but built in the original Umbrian stile, with terracotta tiles on the floors, and wooden beams in the ceiling. The outside has dining areas with lovely view of the cypresses agains the sunset. This is a Paradise perfect for lazy days by the pool, or as a starting point for exploring one or more of the many lovely medieval towns in the the region. The garden is fenced and closed by a gate. Guest access You will have the house and garden on your own, except that the gardener might tend the garden and the pool during your stay. During the spring and summer the various fruit trees will be ripe, and you are welcome to eat ripe fruit from the tree - with one exception: We ask you kindly to leave the lemontree unpicked.
