La Richardiere is a manor house, an old 18th century wine estate, located in the hollow of a valley on the edge of the vineyards of Jasnières (White) and the hillsides of Loir (red or white). It is also an old seigneurial fief. When you leave the main road, you go up to the wood of the place, and you literally dive, the chestnut tree crossed in the courtyard of the estate, invisible otherwise, you have arrived. " The wood" has two neighboring cottages, in the same building. The space When we discovered this extraordinary house, this courtyard of the estate, hidden and welcoming, we immediately imagined opening it to others, and from the first look at the house to the realization of a workshop like "the wood", we wanted the spirit of the house to promote freedom, autonomy and creation for those who will stay there. It was a saddlery, and a hayloft... it became "Le Bois", a large elegant and sober apartment, which offers a bright workshop, a real bedroom with a comfortable 140 bed, its desk, and a nice bathroom upstairs. And then a living room and kitchen on the ground floor. Its highlights: Artist's residence only if you need it. The atmosphere here is to be immersed in art, flora and history. The workshop is large and simple, we can equip it in a way that would help you to design and create well. For two, one in the workshop, the other in the office, each can isolate themselves. For three or four, the two benches in the living room, convertible into beds, still leave the possibility for everyone to find their tranquility. Don't need a workshop? No problem, putting a good armchair in such pretty perspectives towards the outside will allow you to dream better than elsewhere, and away from noise and bad weather. Listen to music without disturbing the neighbors? Wouldn't you like that? Looking outside for hours, it's so rich, not being seen, or going out and finding your favorite corner in the courtyard of the estate, where no one will tell you that it's not allowed, doesn't that tempt you? A barbecue in front of the bakery, under the lime trees? The late afternoon sun in spring, in summer, there, in front of your house to bask peacefully? The scents of roses, trees, earth? Does that inspire you to stay? All this is for you. It is an opportunity to stop, to live, and to create a simple break or to carry out a project in good conditions. Guest access Cars are parked safely on the property. Other things to note The wood layout is recent, it has been the subject of all our attention. The kitchen is well equipped, we left it in the hands of a young Parisian mosaic designer who created a plant-based decor, floor and backsplash. "Garance mosaïque" The guardrails are not suitable for small children. There is a good internet connection. We accept a pet after having a discussion with you about its size and behavior.
