Cozy room with a loggia and a nice water view

I am a single social guy, I have a very cute and friendly male Mittelschnauzer, he is 2 years old now. Free fiber-optic Internet. No usage of the kitchen. Great bike rental deal, no deposit 100 euro per bike. Smoking on the shared loggia. What happens in Amsterdam, stays in Amsterdam. The space It's a nice typical Dutch house with own entrance from the street and own stairs 23 steps to the first floor inside my house. My guests will stay in a nice room in a modern spacious apartment with luxury shared bathroom and toilet. They will have access to the shared loggia with a nice view on water and green. There is a table and chairs on the loggia so you could have a cup of tea of a glass of wine, to enjoy the moment and watch trains passing by from time to time. Smoking is allowed on the loggia. My house is outside the Center so you could do sightseeing, visit museums and party in the Center and come back to your room to have rest in a quiet residential area. You could also enjoy a walk along the canal near the house and watch the city life in the park just round the corner of the building. Having food in my neighbourhood would also cost you much less then in the Center. There are many nice trendy places nearby with a free Wi-Fi, check my Guidebook for details and hyperlinks. And of course I'd be happy to answer your questions and provide you with info about my lovely city. Guest access Shared with me bathroom, toilet, a huge mirror in the walk-in wardrobe. Possible to put few items in the fridge. Free fiber Wi-Fi. During your stay I'm working from home so I'm available most of the time. I've been living in Amsterdam for over 30 years so I can advise you on getting around, tourist info, hot spots, restaurants and special places for food. And last but not least I can advise you on the busy night life, the do's and especially the don'ts. Other things to note Because of the recent change in legislation in Amsterdam for AirBnB I am obliged to see your documents and write down your names. Thank you for your cooperation. I have a deal with a friend who owns a bike shop. You can rent bikes in his shops (10 euro's a day, 8 euro's a day as from 4 days) and you do not pay the regular deposit 100 euro per bike because I am your deposit. In NL we separate garbage to be recycled so please offer garbage, paper and glass separately, thank you in advance. I’d be happy to collect the separated garbage from you. For some beer/plastic bottles you pay a deposit (statiegeld) so if you bring them back to the shop, you'll get your money back.
