Welcome to this cozy, well-designed old building apartment. Fully equipped for 1–2 people: families, business travelers, project workers – everyone feels at home here. Ideally located in the old town of Stolberg near Aachen, public transport and the Euregio train (200 m) are within walking distance. Bakeries, supermarkets , ice cream shop , fast food and pizzeria, all around the corner. We are happy to host and look forward to welcoming you. The space This apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom and is fully and comfortably equipped for both short and long stays. On request, an additional single or double bed can be placed in the living room, so that two separate sleeping areas are available. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room and a dishwasher as the little helpers in the household are available. If the weather is not so nice, there is a large TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is available and included. Guest access The entire living space is reserved exclusively for guests. You get a key, have your own entrance and the apartment is completely and undisturbed at your disposal.
