Newquay home- close to beach, lake, with Hot Tub

Situated on a quiet road with beautiful views. It has a path to access the river Gannel or the boating lake, or a 10 minute walk in to Newquays vibrant centre with beaches, shops and restaurants. There is a hot tub to relax in between 8am and 8pm. Perfect holiday home. Sleeps 7, but only 6 adults as top bunk bed only suitable for a child. Room one is a queen, room two a double OR two singles, room three is bunk beds, and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge area. Relax and Enjoy your stay… The space Such a wonderful place to come and relax and enjoy Newquay. Great space for a family with younger or older children. The house is very relaxing and with the natural light and great country views it is very calming. It sleeps 5 adults and 2 children as the mid sleeper ( bunk bed) is only suitable for children. Downstairs there is a large living/dinning area which opens on to the back garden and a separate kitchen which also overlooks the back garden. There are two large bedrooms. Room 1!has one queen bed, room 2 has two singles, or can be a double on request. Room 3 is a smaller room with a mid sleeper/bunk beds that are only suitable for children. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area that sleeps one. The toilet and bathroom are separate rooms and are located upstairs. In the front garden there is a hot tub that allows you to sit and enjoy the views. There is parking for two cars on the drive. There are many beaches a few minute drive away, or a short walk. Fistral beach would take 20 minutes to walk to. All the town beaches are even closer. Additional information: - Out of respect to our neighbours on a very quiet road we do kindly ask that noise is kept down after 8pm, and no use of the hot tub after this time. Guest access The house is your home for the booking. As you arrive you will have your own parking for two cars. Walk up the drive (quite a steep drive to walk up) and then go in to the front garden and the small entrance porch to your front door. In here there is a key box with a code to allow you to get in. The house has an annex attached which has its own private entrance and garden on the side which is rented out privately. It does not effect your space or stay. Other things to note The house has three bedrooms and the lounge has a sofa bed. The sofa bed is in-between a single and double size. We would recommend it would suit one adult. The mid sleeper - only suitable for children. Two parking spaces.
