Little Hare is a peaceful retreat nestled in a historic rural village. A self-contained eco- friendly & nature loving lodge, stylish interiors, vaulted ceiling, super-insulated & solar powered. There are modern fitted electric heaters and a log burning stove for cozy evenings. A private nature garden exclusively for you, ideal for dog owners & birdwatchers. Secure, off road parking. Located near to Mortimer Forest, perfect for outdoor pursuits. Little Hare has a friendly welcome for everyone. The space With a ramp to the door and living on one level, the Little Hare is accessible to guests with limited mobility. Little Hare is a haven for wildlife, around which you can spot a variety of life including Hedgehogs, frogs, newts, a wealth of bird life, bats, owls, and possibly a magic hare. We live according to our green ideals and all of the cleaning materials and toiletries at Little Hare Lodge are 'eco-friendly.' The lodge is powered by Solar energy. We grow organically and will have seasonal produce available to guests, including fruit trees and bushes growing around the lodge, from which you can help yourself (if you have good timing!) One bedroomed lodge with additional sleeping available using a comfortable sprung bed settee. There is a £10 additional laundry fee for use of the sofa bed. Please let us know if you are travelling in more than one vehicle. Guest access We welcome well-behaved, toilet trained dogs. Please check with us before booking if you would like to bring 2 dogs.
