Braunds Sail Loft in stunning North Devon

Braunds Sail Loft is relaxing, stylish and airy - whilst retaining the character of the historic sail loft. North Devon's beautiful coast is close by - Saunton Sands and Croyde beach are both 5 mins drive away while Putsborough Beach is 10 mins...Woolacombe a tiny stretch further with our favourite Marine Drive. Interiors are designed for comfort - deep king size beds (separating into twins if wanted), large sofas, stylish dining inside and out....nespresso machines The space Open plan living spaces inside and out, provide space for family and friends together to gather. Our large dining table was designed to allow you to gather at Braunds. Replicated outside in the courtyard, we have an equally large dining table, BBQ, fire pit and relaxed seating. Braunds has deep, comfortable sofas and armchairs. The wood burner inside in allows you to gather inside in the colder months after a dip in the ocean. We have five bedrooms all with super king beds - four of the beds can be converted to twin beds for your preference. All bedrooms have extra deep mattresses. All bedrooms have smart TVs. We have one ensuite, the two other bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and the two bedrooms downstairs shared a walk in shower room. Braunds has a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with ice dispenser. Guest access Parking (2 spaces) are enclosed within the courtyard, directly in front of the building. To access, you need to drive through a narrow archway. From Braunds Sail Loft the village centre of Braunton with shops, cafes and restaurants is a few minutes walk away. We chose Braunton as we love the location of the village but with the beaches so close by. The beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay are 5 minutes drive away. Woolacombe and Lee Bay are around 20 minutes away. Other things to note We love dogs and welcome them to visit Braunds (two max) - our terms do require that dogs are house trained, well trained and remain downstairs and do not go on on the furniture.
