Excellent location, 1 minute from the Esplanade, 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station. Postiguet beach is 10 minutes away and the marina is in front. A very well-equipped apartment with lots of light and space. Furniture and everything new, 65" TV, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, towels and 2 beach chairs. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops. The space A room with a double bed or 2 single beds (as needed), a small area at the entrance to the apartment with a double sofa bed (separate from the room) and in the main living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is quite large. Guest access Neighborhood very well served by markets, restaurants and cafes.
