Our recently refurbished bungalow is within 5 minutes walk of Whitchurch Down and the vast expanse of Dartmoor. We are a 20-minute walk into Tavistock or 5 minutes by bus/car. There's a dog shower so should your best friend get muddy whilst on the moor, it is easy to get them clean! There is fast broadband available and smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom. There is a local pub and village shop within 5 minutes walk. The space The accommodation has undergone an extensive renovation and consists of a large airy lounge with french doors onto a patio area and comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2. Large double bedroom with TV. Shower room with double vanity unit and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with dish washer. Utility room with washing machine and recycling facilities. Mud room with dog shower, toilet and wash basin. Many of the electric sockets are fitted with USB charging points. The property is a separate annexe to the main house but you have the use of a private patio. Guest access The property is a separate annexe to the main house and the entire bungalow is available to guests along with a private patio. There is an enclosed garden which is available for guests use and to exercise their dogs. A poo bin is provided for successful results! Other things to note Free on street parking is readily available or off street parking with prior arrangement!
