Stand-alone wooden tiny house, nestled under the trees in a quiet and unspoiled environment. Here, time slows down: nature, silence, and a starry sky without light pollution. Perfect for a rejuvenating getaway in the countryside. The space The property is designed as a studio with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. A mezzanine offers two children’s beds (80 x 200). The tiny house is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a small refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a shower and sink. Outside, you have a table with benches, as well as garden chairs, so you can enjoy al fresco dining, relax, or read. A brazier is available for cooler evenings or simply for the pleasure of a fire. The tiny house is part of an eco-friendly approach: wastewater treatment via constructed wetland, and guests are asked to sort their waste. The toilet is a composting toilet (compost bin located at the back of the tiny house). Guest access To get to the mini-house, you have to cross the garden on foot and leave the car on the side of the road in front of or behind my house. You have your own dedicated space, while still being close to our home if needed. Access to the mezzanine is via a ladder, which may not be suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility. The toilet is a dry toilet, and its operation will be explained to you in a simple way upon your arrival. The property is part of an eco-friendly initiative (waste sorting, constructed wetland), and we kindly ask that you respect this approach during your stay. Located 13 minutes from Guédelon, the tiny house is ideal for a comfortable stopover after a day of sightseeing. The quiet setting allows you to fully unwind. The brazier may be used in accordance with safety regulations (depending on the weather and the time of year).
