K 棟

K Cabin is a cozy room with antique furniture and music. It has a guitar, record player, and cajón, so you can enjoy a relaxing time with music. The private terrace is ideal for BBQ or using the pizza oven. Although the room has no mountain or ocean view, it offers an excellent location—just a one-minute walk to the beach. ※Because of guitars, records, and other delicate equipment, children under 12 cannot be accommodated. The space K Cabin is a fully private, standalone cabin. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and toilet, while the second floor has a sofa bed and a raised tatami area where futons can be laid out. Guests are asked to lay out the futons themselves. Guest access The treehouse on our premises is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the Treehouse Cabin. Please refrain from entering if you are not a guest of the Treehouse Cabin. Other things to note We are sorry, but due to the presence of musical instruments and delicate equipment such as records and guitars, K Cabin is not suitable for guests with children. In addition, there is a road directly in front of the cabin, which poses a risk of children running out unexpectedly. For these safety reasons, we kindly ask that guests with children refrain from booking this cabin. If you walk about 500 meters along the road in front of K Cabin, you will reach Ounohama Beach, which is different from Yumigahama. Ounohama has no sandy shore — it is a rocky coastline, making it ideal for snorkeling. Since the road ends at this beach, it is mainly visited by local residents, and there is little traffic even during the day and almost none at night. ⸻ BBQ If you wish to use the BBQ facilities, please bring your own food, drinks, paper plates, plastic or paper cups, and chopsticks. BBQ usage fee: ¥650 per person (tax included). Seasonings (salt, pepper, oil, soy sauce) are available free of charge at the reception upon request. • Latest BBQ start time: 6:30 PM. • Please note: BBQ may not be available in case of rain. ⸻ Pizza Oven Enjoy a pizza-making experience on your terrace, from stretching the dough to baking your pizza. • Pizza dough: ¥350 per sheet (cheese and toppings not included — please bring your own). • Usage fee: ¥2,400 for 2–3 people, or ¥800 per person for groups of 4 or more. • We have only two pizza ovens, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a very popular option, so we recommend booking early. • Many guests enjoy BBQ in the evening and use the pizza oven the following morning between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. ⸻ Bonfire Enjoy a cozy bonfire for ¥650 per person per hour, including firewood. Please bring your own marshmallows or other snacks. • Reservation required. • Not available in case of rain. ⸻ Rental Fishing rod set (rod, reel, bucket): ¥1,000.
