The space One double bedroom with King size bed; a living room with a nice sofa; a fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge / freezer; a modern bathroom with shower. The living room has dining table and chairs for two. Guest access Guest access Wave Pool opens (7am-12noon)/(2pm-7pm) Please NOTE: The pool is closed during Monday's for maintenance. *White sand beach with Playground *FREE ACCESS to pool and kiddie pool for 2PAX only (if 3rd & 4th person will swim they will be required to pay PHP250 each in Azure Beach Entrance) *Roof Deck (Opens up to 10pm) *Beach Bar (Opens up to 3am) Other things to note First 2 guests have free access to the amenities. For the 3rd and 4th guests, Azure charges up to Php 250 per person (per day) fee to use the beach and pool areas. This is paid directly to Azure and not administered by us. Pay parking is available in the premise. Azure PAY Parking (overnight parking rate is Php 1,500). Other things to note Other things to note 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; B) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors 2. NOISE & THE NEIGHBORHOOD A) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of OTHER UNITS – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; 3. VISITORS A) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. B) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules. 4. FUNCTIONS PARTIES AND GATHERINGS are strictly prohibited since this is a Residential Condominium. 5. SLIPPERS SLIPPERS are provided so please use it when you are inside the unit especially when using the bathroom. 6. GARBAGE A) We left trash bags below the kitchen sink, kindly throw your garbage in the refuse room located near the elevator (left side). B) Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom. 7. SAFETY & SECURITY A) Any time Guests leave, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are properly closed/locked to maintain security . B) Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions, unplug electric stove when not in use for safety and to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning ON when Guests are absent from the property. C) We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning. 8. SMOKING A) SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will charge P1000 to those guest/s who will violate this condominium policy. (Ask the guards for directions to designated smoking area.) 9. PETS - No pets allowed. 10. HOUSEKEEPING This is an AIRBNB type of accommodation, please don’t expect that somebody will clean and change the beddings everyday. We clean and change the beddings and towels every 7th day(by request) onwards for long staying guests. If you request to have it in between we charge Php 500. Also the number of beds, linens and towels that will be provided will be based on the number of persons you have booked. 11. KITCHEN A) GRILLING – not allowed B) TURN ON the rangehood when cooking to release smoke, heat and steam as this might activate the fire alarm system of the whole building. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling food like dried fish/bulad. C) Be careful not to wash food remains down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into the container under the sink for organic waste. D) To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them. 12. ACCIDENTAL LOSS, DAMAGES & BREAKAGES - In case of breakage, damage or stains, please be kind enough to inform us and pay for the corresponding cost.
