Large En-Suite Room Near MoD Abbey Wood

Whole second floor in my 3-bed, semi-detached house. Absolutely ideal for visitors to MoD Abbey Wood - 6 minutes walk to the main entrance and 10 from Filton Abbey Wood train station. UWE Frenchay, HP and Bristol Business Park are also walkable. Room is lockable from either side, has a TV and free WiFi. Lots of unrestricted parking spaces nearby. During your stay I'll meet you to check in, make sure you're comfortable and answer any questions, then leave you in peace. I'm often out (but not particularly late) as I work normal office hours locally. I live alone, so it's not a noisy house.
