Treat yourself to a break in our new vacation home in a quiet location with direct views of the Achterwasser. The "Schwalbenhus" offers space for 2 people on a generous 65 sqm living space, which we have comfortably and modernly furnished for you. Enjoy the view and experience the sunset over the Achterwasser. In the immediate vicinity is the nature reserve "Loddiner Höft" for a relaxing walk. The Baltic Sea beach is only 3 km away. The space The large windows in the living area, kitchen and attic are facing west with direct views of the Achterwasser. So also the terrace with seating and umbrella. Bedding is available; hand towels only for an extra Fee. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction cooker, fridge/freezer. Bicycles can be parked. Parking is available directly at the property. There is an additional tourist tax, which is payable separately. The nightly rate varies depending on peak and low season. In addition, there is a final cleaning fee. Guest access The entire house is available for exclusive use, as well as the terrace.
