Balcony pleasure 2 + 1 with Air Condition

The flat is in a secure compound with a big outdoor common area. Compound is home to c.a. 5000 flats and hosts one of the biggest international community in Istanbul. Steps away you can reach the marketplace. There are 40 stores there. You can find 3 main Supermarkets, a fresh bakery store, 2 pharmacies, men’s and women’s hair dressing, food and coffee stores, nuts store, telecom store, many real estate agents, dry cleaner, ATM s, butcher and other specialty stores. The space You have 2 private balconies. (One faces east and other faces West) The master bedroom has a double bed and an in built bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is open however it is fully equipped for cooking any meal, plates, glasses and silverware. Vodafone fiber internet is available. The view from main balcony is towards the big common middle area of the compound. Compound is built 2018 – 2020 so fairly new and earthquake safe. Guest access The whole flat is at your private use. The compound has security and free closed parking areas. The inner middle area of the compound has playgrounds and outdoor sports. The gym is planned but not finished as of November 2020. The marketplace with 40 stores is 1 min walk away. Other things to note Always take off shoes when entering the flat as per Turkish tradition and hygiene. Please no loud music after11.00 p.m. No smoking in the flat. You can only smoke window open and facing towards outside from window. Don’t throw cigarette out of the window as well since we get complaints about it from time to time. Also please try to keep a low profile at building hallways and elevators. The compound hosts many families and have to show our respect. Always have your access cards with you when you reenter the compound. This way you don’t need to deal with security personnel. With this card you can just buzz open the 3 green turn slide doors at all 3 gates of the compound. Cards are also good at the building entrance door both from Indoor Parking and Main gate of your building. If you come with a vehicle and your plate number is not registered than show your access card to the security personnel to get in to the compound. Keys PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR KEYS HANGİNG INSIDE OF THE MAİN DOOR OF YOUR FLAT. If you forget the key inside the place and hanging at the door lock from inside than our spare key is not good anymore. We have to call a locksmith. When you leave the flat at your checkout date morning please also leave the keys and all access cards at the dining table for us to collect. Your cooperation is critical since access cards are hard to get from management.
