Small quiet apartment 15 minutes from Gare de Lyon

The studio is independent of our house, located right next door (access through a separate door). It consists of a bedroom, living room + kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, closet, and a space to work. Very quiet. You can enjoy the garden if you wish. Watch in hand, we are 17 minutes from Gare de Lyon (1 stop from RER. 1 RER every 5 minutes. They all go to Paris) and 20 minutes from Chatelet les Halles. Other things to note Please note, the kitchen does not have a sink. It consists of an oven, stove and microwave. Enough for light cooking. However, we provide you with a water bottle and for the dishes, you leave it to us in the morning or evening in front of the apartment and we'll return it to you all clean!!
