Nice and cozy 3 bedrooms whole apartment in pleasant Rome neighborhood (Piazza Bologna) located on 2nd floor full of light. 3' walk to Bologna subway stop (linea B) 10' to Colosseo, 3' walk to the high speed train station (Roma Tiburtina). ATTENTION! There are many listings in the neighborhood, many are tourist houses readapted (dark ground floor or below, beds in mezzanine, heating with A/C etc.) At the opposite, this is a REAL home perfectly equipped. The space We live there for part of the year and we rent it for the rest. We hope it's comfortable for you as it is with us. Families with small children are welcomed. The apartment has been used as location for movies. Look for example episode "Piacevoli Soprese" of 2018 season of "Alta Infedeltà" (minute 10:22 and 14:10). 24 hours check-in is available but you still need to let us know your approximate time of arrival and let us know if you have delays. This is a fully authorized apartment and, according to the Italian laws we need the day of arrival, your IDs/passports of all the guests for registration. Guest access You can use the kitchen and access all rooms and the balcony except the small locked closet which stores our stuff. You can use the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine. Other things to note The closet in one of the bedroom is reserved for us, but you can store your stuff in the wardrobe next to it, or in the closet in the living room or the one in the kid room. Additional folding chairs are located in the closet just right to the entrance where you can hang your coats. Since 15 April 2018, Rome municipality requests the payment of tourist tax (3.5 Euro per person per night). For the moment (differently than other towns like Florence or MIlan) Airbnb, doesnàt collect the tourist tax, so we are asking to pay cash the day of your arrival).
