Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021. The space The apartment is 80 m2. The wooden floorboards, the old doors and the modern furnishings give the apartment a special flair. There is everything you need to feel good and to be self-sufficient (fully equipped kitchen). There is also a terrace and garden. Upon request, up to 6 people can stay overnight. Guest access The apartment has a large garden area in the back of the vineyard. Here the children can play or you can sit quietly in the countryside. Just walk the path next to the house to the back towards the garden. Other things to note The vineyard is cultivated. Therefore, there may be operating noises during the day, e.g. from tractors.
