In a private forest of oaks, pines, chestnuts, ash trees and equipped with a superb pond ("no kill" fishing) 200 m from the house. Once you cross the threshold of this house, you will discover a beautiful entrance with its old tiles, then following the equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and everything you need to succeed in making the famous duck confit (specialty of the region). A space of 60 m2 with very bright daylight (exposed east and west) with living room with 2 sofas, dining room, kitchen, with TV, wifi, board games... 2 bedrooms that sleep 6: • A first bedroom of 25 m2, this large room has kept the history of this house with its old-fashioned charm, wardrobe and storage, 1 bed of 160. • A second bedroom with 3 beds of 140, 120 and 90 with spacious storage. In each of the bedrooms, the mattresses and bedding have been selected for optimal comfort. A bathroom with shower and sink and towel dryer, as well as a second independent bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet; at your disposal a washing machine. This house has been restored and well equipped to make you feel comfortable. Outside you will find a beautiful courtyard under old oak frame with garden furniture and plancha. The garden, sometimes sunny and sometimes shaded depending on the time of day, is ideal for a relaxing moment under the catalpa or under the courtyard. There is ample space to park several vehicles inside the fence. The garden is enclosed to the outside by a wall for the safety of your children; no one opposite, but you may be observed by deer passing through this preserved nature. You have access 200 meters below the house to a private pond of 2 hectares to swim or canoe and take a walk in the private forest of 74 hectares.
