The space Your bedroom looks out to the quiet garden. It comes with a TV, portable desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 side tables so lots of space/storage. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. My loft room and half bath is private. We share the bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen has oak cabinets, SMEG stainless steel appliances and a lovely wood farmhouse kitchen dining table. The living room has a big bay window leading on to rich aubergine goose down filled sofas. The big flat screen TV comes with Virgin cable and 200Mb broadband. The modern tiled bathroom has a wide bathtub with shower. Queens Park is sometimes called North Notting Hill as many Notting Hillbillies have moved here to find affordable housing. Hence property prices have tripled in the past 10 years. Leafy Queens Park is a 10 minute walk away offering concerts on Sundays in the summer. Popular local pubs are The Salusbury and Caldo Tapas Bar across the street. The flat is located off of Kilburn High Road which has a proper big Sainsburys grocery store and Costa Cofee etc. All in all this lovely flat is in a well sort after location with great links into London.
