Cozy loft/ attic floor with 100m2 space where 4-6 people can stay. Decorated to be both comfortable and aesthetic. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a small space with twin beds, and a huge salon with two comfortable couches and a small bed. An antique indonesian coffee table can double as a work area. wi-fi is available. there is also a large terrace where you can get fresh air on sunnier and warmer days. we also provide a beachvolleyball court in our backyard for those who wish to play The space the whole area is newly built and decorated to be as cozy as possible. There are handmade persian rugs of highest quality on hardwood floors and tiffany lamps hanging from high ceilings. You could stay comfortably and even have the whole place for yourself for meetings etc. The bedroom is not too large but has a sky window that provides natural light and fresh air in warm days Michalowice is officially a village just out of warsaw but it is indeed closer to Warsaw city center than many districts of Warsaw. The connection roads are the best in city so you can get to city center by car or by train in 15-20 minutes max. The whole area is made up of family houses with gardens, clean well-taken-care-of streets and some green space in between. there are many supermarkets nearby and many possibilities for doing sports in and around. paths for biking, jogging , a private beachvolleyball court and public fitness areas are available as well as an ice skating ring in winter just 200m away. you can get here anywhere from warsaw easily with an 4-8 Euro Uber ride Guest access the loft/apartment is actually the whole attic floor of the house and for guests only. It is the second floor so you will reach there through spiralstairs from 1st floor where we live. The stairs are not very wide, so we can help to carry large suitcases upstairs. Other things to note there is a kitchen that guests can use but we expect them not to do heavy cooking like roasting meat etc. if you wish to be served breakfast , there will be an extra charge, so please ask in advance. no shoes inside the house. shoes stay by the entrance. if you wish to have any activities or events at our property, additional charges may apply. so please ask in advance otherwise we reserve the right to refuse access to our property
