Central and quiet apartment in Sóller

Our apartment is just a few minutes from the village square where there are many bars and cafes to spend a pleasant time as well as the main shopping street. It is also next to the tram stop that goes to Port de Sóller, just 4 km away. The place is perfect for couples who want to enjoy the valley. The space The apartment has a terrace at the top of the house where you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and the sea in the background. It is a quiet area to enjoy the tranquility and ideal if your hobby is hiking, as from here you can do many itineraries for all levels. In addition, going to Palma is only 30 minutes by bus and good frequencies throughout the day. No need to rent a car because on foot or public transportation it is easy to get around. Guest access The apartment is located in an old house divided into two apartments. We only rent one of the apartments and access to the terrace is not through a private area, it is accessed by the common staircase. Sometimes we have rented both apartments to the same family or to couples of friends. Other things to note There are no personal cleaning soaps in the apartment. Single-dose soaps generate a lot of waste and will soon be banned in the Balears, and we believe that putting large pots is unhygienic. On the other hand, in the kitchen you will find dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths...
