The summer kitchen and the garden with a private / heated pool are located a couple of steps higher that the lounge area. The whole house is ergonomically designed and built, to provide panoramic views over the sea and the surrounding hills. Here's a brief description of the villa's spaces: At the ground floor The living room is equipped with: - 50' Smart TV - large sofa set and a coffee table - large dinning table for 6 people - a/c unit - spacious balcony leading to the private swimming pool The Half bath has - toilet - vanity unit Next to the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking: - oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender/mixer - dishwasher - plenty of pots / pans /platters - Serving utensils - Espresso machine - breakfast table - faucet filtering system and cooler for drinkable water Washing machine/dryer is also available on the upper floor. At the upper floor are the villa's three bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with: - comfortable beds w/ anatomic mattress - night table - a/c unit - wardrobe - hair dryer - TV Bedrooms have access to balconies and terraces. In the swimming pool area you can find sun beds and a pool chaise longue. Here, there is also a summer kitchen, fully equipped with - comfy couch - dinning table for 6 people - fridge-freezer - stove - wood oven - BBQ Outdoor areas also include: - pool shower - garden with small plants - private parking area Our pool is HEATED and available to our guests throughout the whole year. A specially trained crew maintains it meticulously and with regular visits they > skim off leaves , insects and debris, > brush sediment from pool walls > vacuum the pool > clean the skimmers > keep the pump running > check filter and backwash as needed > test pool water pH and add chemicals. Our thorough pool care ensures clean and safe water throughout our guests' entire stay. In case you want our pool to be heated during your stay, you must give us an at least 24hour warning. IMPORTANT: Kindly bear in mind that we charge an additional fee for this service. Guest access The whole house is set up to welcome you, our guest. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool and beautiful garden are there for your own private use.
