The space We invite you to a cozy apartment on the first line, 50 meters from the sea in the elite complex ORBI CITY. The apartment has magnificent views of the sea, mountains, singing fountains and the longest embankment in Europe - Batumi. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a boiler, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with household appliances, dishes. It may be noisy from the sound of construction work. Other things to note Please note: in the middle of the season, you may have to wait a long time for the elevator, and sometimes you have to use the stairs. The energy company can turn off the lights and water for several hours, and the Internet connection in Georgia is unstable. Sometimes the TV may not work or the programs may need to be adjusted — this is only possible on weekdays, as the service company does not work on weekends. In addition, in emergency situations, the service company has the right to enter the apartment without prior notice, and I cannot influence this. These circumstances are beyond my control. By booking, you agree to this and do not make any claims against us. We provide one soap, one roll of toilet paper and shampoo for the entire duration of your stay. The guest purchases additional items independently, as replenishment of supplies is not carried out during the stay.
