In the heart of the vibrant Wazemmes neighborhood, come and stay in our home, with your friends or children. In all, 3 double beds + 5 single beds, which makes 11 people. We have 5 children (13, 11, 10, 10 and 5 years old) so it is a house suitable for families... But also for groups of friends who come to visit the capital of Flanders. Guests can enjoy nearby shops, the famous Wazemmes market. The metro is very close, and Vieux Lille is a 20 min. walk. The space Very nice living rooms on the ground floor with a very large kitchen, a bright living room (bay windows that overlook the garden) and a cozy dining room with parquet flooring. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. A modern, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed, above which is a single bed in height (as in Formula 1!). Bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 are identical: very small bedrooms with loft beds. They have the particularity of having an additional "bed/hiding place": above the bed in height is a "closet" door that is actually an additional bed. There is only one bunk bed/hideout, common to both bedrooms. You can therefore move from one room to another through this bunk bed/hideout, which is very popular with children. In addition to the 11 beds mentioned, 3 extra beds can be made available: - a pull-out bed under the bunk bed on the 1st floor) - the bunk/hideout - a baby crib. No TV but a box with wifi. The kitchen is obviously available for guests, utensils, dishes, appliances. Guest access The entire place is available for guest use; we do not occupy the premises when the house is rented. A small city garden will allow you to get some air. Other things to note This is the home we live in (family of 7). If the space is available for AirBnb guests, it's because we're away for vacation or other reasons. But it's first and foremost a family home that is lived in by 5 young children. We do our utmost to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay (tidy, clean accommodation, and amenities available, this is the minimum). But we don't empty cupboards to make them available for travelers' belongings, there are children's toys in the house, drawings hanging on the walls, etc... Lovers of modern, lounge hotel-style, refined and high-end accommodation, you might be disappointed. Here, it's more of a family atmosphere guaranteed. Registration Details 5935000250941
