House in Calabardina, for friends, families, couples and everyone who comes can enjoy it and its pool with barbecue, evenings on the porches and of course, its surroundings, because it is between the sea and the mountains: sunbathing, walking routes along trails by the sea reaching beaches of crystal clear water or by fossil dunes, cycling, boat trips, diving (caves, sunken boats... sailing, kayaking, windsurfing... Aguilas has 36 beaches to enjoy, including wild ones. The space Chalet located on an 800 square meter plot, 500 meters from the beach. The house has two floors and a third floor solarium. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a 1.40 m bed. Work area, plus common areas all open and airy (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and outdoor area). All this on the ground floor, with no stairs for access. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 1.60m bed, dressing room and private bathroom; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, work area, built-in closets; another bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool, sea and mountain. On the third floor, there is a solarium with panoramic views all around you. Fully equipped kitchen, as if it were a regular home. Air conditioning in all rooms. Internet connection and smart TV. The pool is located on the plot, exclusively for you, barbecue, porches and parking. Also available: travel crib with its corresponding clothes; safe. Guest access The pool is exclusively for your use and will be in use from June to September, both inclusive. A person will enter the plot for the maintenance of said pool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Other things to note And if you have time and/or feel like it, you can do activities in the region of Murcia less than 1 hour away, such as: a visit to the Union mine (one of the most spectacular in Europe), the Roman archaeological site of Cartagena, the holy city of Caravaca and its mysteries of the sacred relic, Lorca and its fortress, a walk along the green road (old railway line) on foot, bike or horseback....
