New house, in a gated community, 5 minutes to downtown Khon Kaen, Thailand. Newly furnished. Convenient to everything, with shopping, street food, restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities all within easy distance. There is a lovely lake that is a 5 minutes walk away, and a daily market nearby that is a 10 minute walk. The location is extremely quiet, as the house is in a gated community with 24 hour guards. Access to community pool and the house has wi-fi. The space The house has 2 floors, living room and kitchen including and outdoor garden are on the ground floor. The place is great for outdoor BBQ. Then, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 baht on the 2nd floor. The house is very breezy and with no other big building around. Guest access The house is set up just for you to enjoy your stay. The house has 2 accesses; the front gate and the back gate. The front is open 24 hrs, but the back gate is open from 6am-midnight daily. However, the back gate is more convenient as it is closer to many areas (lake, market, etc). Other things to note Also, if you looking for something bigger for larger group.
