The space „A home away from home“ – that’s our 38 qm2 apartment in Düsseldorf (Unterbilk), just a few steps away from the river Rhine and the well-known ‘Medienhafen’ (media harbour). If you are looking for a place to stay during a trade fair or if you would like to spend some time in Düsseldorf for private or business purposes, you will find our apartment most suitable. Completely renovated just shortly, the apartment offers you a cosy, comfortable and individual place to stay, situated on the 1st floor of a historical building. Furnishing and facilities in detail There is a spacious and sunny combined living/sleeping room with a comfortable bed of high quality (90 x 200 cm). If staying with two persons, you can choose between an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm) or, alternatively, a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). For your entertainment, you will find a flat screen TV as well as an ipod-docking-station with radio. You will of course have free access to our WLAN. The newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen offers you all amenities if you would like to prepare your own breakfast or meal – just like at home: ceran stove, oven, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, water kettle. Along with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pans, pots and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a spacious shower, a washing basin and a big mirror as well as a hair dryer and a supply of towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer in our cellar which can be used (only for guests who stay for a month or longer; not on short-term basis) Please kindly respect that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Check-in and check-out can be arranged individually, unless no other arrival or departure the same day. Guest access You will of course get your keys to the apartment and house. Thus you are complete independent. You may also use the cellar for your (rental) bike. Coming by car, please contact me before regarding parking.
