The apartment has an inverter, solar panels & gas hob for continuous electricity supply and is situated in Heldervue. The wi-fi network speed is 72 Mbps. The owners live on the property. We are 20 min from the airport and 30 min to Cape Town Waterfront. The Strand beach, Somerset Mall, restaurants and six golf courses are close by. The property is situated at the start of the Cape Wine route. Excellent security with surveillance cameras in place. Own lock up off road secure garage. The space This beautiful spacious private apartment is equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay with us. The apartment has its own secure private off road lock up automated garage & it's own separate entrance. From the front door the entrance hall leads you through to the open plan dining room and then into the fully fitted kitchen with electric stove and gas hob, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. From there into the lounge area which has 4 recliner chairs and a TV with full DSTV channels. The luxurious main double bedroom is to the right of the entrance hall and has a queen size bed & is en-suite with walk in shower. There is ample cupboard space. This bedroom has its own TV with Netflix channel. Glass bedroom doors open out onto the beautiful garden with large table and chairs for outdoor dining & then leads one to the large sparkling pool, cabana and pool deck with loungers. The apartment has excellent internet and wifi coverage. One can also access the pool and garden via steps from front door area. A washing machine and tumble dryer is conveniently situated outside just next to the front door. The second bedroom ensuite has a walk in shower . This bedroom can be configured either as two 3/4 beds or a King size bed. This bedroom also has plenty of cupboard space. At the cabana guests have the choice of a gas webber barbacue or a wood fired webber barbacue. This area also allows guests to dine at a large table with ample chairs overlooking the pool. The apartment is fully serviced once a week. Bath towels will be changed twice a week and pool towels changed once a week. From the apartment are views of the Helderberg Mountain and also the Stand beach and Gordons Bay. Guest access Our guests can and enjoy the garden, make use of the braai, relax around the pool or laze in a recliner at the pool deck. Washing lines are for the guests to use. Other things to note We are so fortunate to have the best food court in Cape Town located at Waterstone Village just down the road. This store caters for gourmet fresh food requirements and offers a wide selection of superior products. Three houses away is a fresh water dam stocked with carp. We supply rods for fishing. Also at the dam is an outdoor gym. Five minutes drive away one can enjoy the country side with beautiful wine farms which offer wine tasting facilities, beautiful gardens and high quality restaurants run by award winning chefs. This is such a wonderful area to explore and enjoy at your leisure. The golf circuit of 6 golf courses is close to our establishment. For young children there are numerous activities on offer.
