Villa Xemxija self catering apartments with shared pool. Apartment would have fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room , terrace and large bedroom with air condition on pay per use.Living room have 2 single sofa beds ideal for family. Apartment would be on ground floor (White floor in photos) or first floor ( blue and white floor). Guest access Access to Villa Xemxija's large pool and spa with ample sun deck equipped with sun beds and shades. Pool is not heated and it will be closed for swimming in the months of December January and February. Other things to note Note: an eco tax of 50 cents per night per persons is applicable as of the 1st June 2016. It will be paid locally to us here on checking in. Persons under 18 years are exempt of this tax.
