Romantic 60sqm apartment facing the sea, with a wonderful view on the tuscan archipelago. The apartment is located in the luxurious private consortium of Cala Piccola, in a condominium of houses on the cliff. Access to the private beach of Cala Piccola included. The apartments consists of a living room/dining room facing the terrace, a double bedroom inside a stone tower, a second bedroom w/bunk beds, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. A/C and car spaces. No wi-fi available in the house. The space The focus of the house is represented by the terrace, with its wonderful view on the sea and the tuscan archipelago, dominated by Giglio island in front of us. It is truly beatiful to have breakfast, lunch or dinner facing the sea, or to sit on a deckchair reading a book after a day at the beach. We love our house and we have decorated it in a simple and pratical style, with several elements taken from our old boat. The house is small in size (about 60sqm) and is made up of: a lounge-dining room with sofa, fireplace, TV, air conditioning; a small kitchen with 4 burners, without dishwasher; a bathroom with shower; a bedroom with a bunk bed; a double bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan in the stone tower.
