The space The apartment is located in the historic center, on the mezzanine floor of a recently renovated historic building in the Marina district, a few steps from the tourist port of Cagliari. Inside it consists of: one bedroom, one of which is located in the large living room with high ceilings featuring wooden beams, comfortable sofa with reading area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with washing machine. The large windows are equipped with mosquito nets, there is a TV. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and makes it suitable for both short and longer stays, thanks to the presence of washing machine and drying rack, iron, fridge and freezer and fully equipped kitchen. Bath towels, bed linen are included and have sanitation certification. Guest access The whole apartment will be available to guests during their stay, allowing them to enjoy maximum privacy. Other things to note We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 8 pm, after 20:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional €25, after 22:00 €50. Upon arrival, guests' ID info will be sent to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law.
