The space Each room is equipped with: - Spring bed, workdesk, chair, and wardrobe - En-suite bathroom with hot & cold water, and seated toilet - Cable TV with more than 50 channels - Electric fan Please kindly note that we provide BASIC accommodation, which means that you are required to bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc) and towel. Guest access You may access our common areas, such as: dining room, kitchen, front yard, washing & drying area, and parking lot. We provide stove, kitchen utensils, water dispenser, and washing machine for FREE for Airbnb guests! Please kindly be noted to wash and clean the utensils by yourself once you are done using them. During your stay Please do not hesitate to discuss with us on ANYTHING that we can help. If we cannot fulfill your wish, then we will strive our best possible way to help you. Other things to note - Check-in time is between 3 - 7 PM - Check-out latest at noon. Early arrival is welcome upon condition that we manage to clean and set up your room. If you wish to arrive later than 7 PM, please kindly inform us in advance, so that we can assist you as necessary. You may also store your luggage and travelling around while we prepare your room.
