Baydream is a peaceful, newly renovated and immaculate 3 bedroom town house with amazing hill and sea views. It’s a 5 min stroll to the beach and a relaxing meander to the delightful town of Apollo Bay. Child & pet friendly (max of 2 dogs permitted by arrangement only) with a fully fenced secure yard. Relax and unwind on the upstairs deck which overlooks the back yard so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The house is fully equipped with everything you need - it's a "Home away from Home". The space Upstairs consists of a light filled open plan living area with beautiful sea and hill views, complete with kitchen (including dishwasher) that would delight any chef, dining , study nook, lounge area with large smart TV and a full bathroom with walk in shower. The reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you cool on hot summer days. We supply basic breakfast provisions and pantry items. The upstairs deck is complete with furniture, Weber Q and an umbrella. Sometimes the local koala and king parrot also make an appearance. The three bedrooms are situated downstairs. Bedroom one offers a queen bed, a BIR and a TV (only with HDMI connector) Bedroom two offers a queen bed and BIR plus ample drawer space. Bedroom three has a double bed and a Koala sofa bed with a TV. The downstairs bathroom is complete with a bath. The shower is over the bath. A separate laundry has both a Bosch washing machine and a condenser dryer for your use. There is also a portable Bugaboo babies cot available for use if required. Outside is a hot/cold shower to wash all the sand off after your day at the beach featuring a dedicated wetsuit hanging area. There is also an outdoor table and chairs. There are games for grown ups, buckets and spades for the kiddies for beach days and drawing/colouring supplies for when the weather turns nasty. All bath towels/linen are supplied and the beds are made up ready to snuggle in. Please BYO beach towels. Single car garage and driveway parking is available.
