Charmant apartement a St-Malo, TV, Wifi, parking

Our apartment is beautifully located in the old town of Saint-Malo, above Bonsecours beach. Modern comfort (TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso), charm and historical character. Located on the 3rd floor, it accommodates 6 people. Sea views. Fine sandy beach 10 m away, seawater swimming pool, sailing club for all ages, restaurants and shops, everything is within walking distance. Minimum stay 3 nights, except July (1 week, Saturday to Saturday). FREE secure PARKING in May, June and July. The space The apartment is 92m2 and located on 3rd floor of an old building in the historic walled city of Saint-Malo, one of the few that was not destroyed during WWII. It is elegantly furnished, very comfortable and ideally located. It is only 10 metres from a fine sand beach (plage de Bonsecours), where you will find a sailing club for all ages, a delicious cafe/restaurant, diving board, and nearby islands. The apartment is also a short walking distance from all local shops, galleries, restaurants and the cathedral. There is no need for a car! There is no lift to our apartment (old building!) - take your time but it wont be as strenuous as you might think and you will soon enjoy the calm sun lit rooms and the ideal location. The apartment is laid out as follows: First there is a small entrance hall with coat cupboard leading into the living room, which provides ample seating and a nice study area (see photos). This in turn leads to the dining room/kitchen (fit with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, pots+ pans+ pressure cooker + various kitchen items, plates glasses crockery etc) with a nice view to the remparts. From the entrance hall, a corridor guides you to the other rooms; first the South facing 'blue bedroom' with 2 bunk beds, table, 2 chairs, cupboard and chest of drawers; then the East facing double bedroom with cupboards and a small wash basin cabinet; then a family-size bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 bathtub with shower attachment and washing machine and then finally a larger bedroom with 4 bunk beds, bookshelves with small library of books for all ages, and a large wardrobe. The WC are separate, at the end of the corridor. We provide all the linen (sheets & towels), beds will be made on your arrival. We can supply a cot and high chair should you need one (please let us know). The cupboard in the entrance hall has several beach toys (buckets and spades), a couple of folding low chairs and a Parasol. You are welcome to use those, but please bring them back. If you have a pushchair for young child/baby, you can leave it(preferably folded) in the small area at the foot of the stairs in the building. St-Malo is famous for it's coast line ("Emerald Coast"), spa (thalassotherapie), sporting activities (sailing, windsurfing, golf courses etc), cultural events (summer music festival, literary festivals) and numerous historical sites to visit. This apartment is an ideal base for family holidays or groups of friends who want to enjoy themselves either on the beach, in a local restaurant, 'window' shopping or sightseeing at their own pace. The unique atmosphere makes it a great holiday destination throughout the year! Guest access The whole flat is available to our guests. Other things to note Parking inside the old town (intra muros) is regulated throughout the year. It is relatively easy to find a parking space off-season but during the busy months of May, June & July, we can provide a FREE secure PARKING space a short walk away from the flat. THE FLAT IS AVAILABLE FOR MIN 3 DAYS STAY, ANYTIME OF THE YEAR EXCEPT IN JULY, WHEN IT IS WEEKLY BOOKINGS ONLY (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY). WE RESERVE THE MONTH OF AUGUST FOR OUR FAMILY. End-of-stay cleaning is Not included in the rental so PLEASE leave the flat clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. We also require that you strip all the beds and fold up the used linen (sheets and towels) in one pile. If you do not have the time to do the cleaning at the end of the stay, please let us know on arrival and make arrangements with our cleaning lady. Registration Details 352880022153D
