Cozy apartment located in the historic center in the characteristic Santo Stefano district. A short walk from Piazza Maggiore and close to a beautiful park. The space Cozy 55 sqm apartment on the third floor of an 18th century building, typical of the center of Bologna. It consists of 4 rooms: living room - dining room with equipped kitchen, small study, large bedroom and bathroom with shower. All rooms have windows that make it bright and well ventilated. Guest access All rooms are available for guests. We provide all the cooking equipment and basic products for preparing breakfast. The house has independent heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and TV. Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor and DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. The stairs are wide and not particularly steep.
