You will stay in a newly renovated house-type apartment, inside a gated community, with security, parking on the internal street, a large garden on the lot and a quiet neighborhood. The space The lot is on a slope in relation to its street, and the apartment available is the one on the middle level, accessed by a common external staircase. The upper floor is rarely used, exclusively by us, the owners, as a family. Lower, level with the shared garden at the back, is a room used exclusively as a tool shed, both at the level of the back street, forming a flat and grassy area, with some trees, including fruit trees. The neighbors of the bordering lots are equally quiet. Guest access The condominium is very large and allows for very pleasant walks throughout it, with very beautiful viewpoints, both of Peró beach, the city, canal and Praia do Forte. Parking can be done along the street, which is internal to the condominium.
