A larger bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed. Closet with shelves and hangers. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. A shower room and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. It opens onto the living/dining room and gives direct access to the covered terrace. It was also renovated in 2024. A custom-made desk has just been installed in the living room. In front of the entrance is a private shed for storing beach equipment. The swimming pool, reserved exclusively for owners and tenants of the residence, is open every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. You can of course enjoy it throughout your stay from April to October.
