MAB2 - Street level apartment with private terrace

Apartment located on a quiet street 20 minutes walk from Camp Nou. 5 minutes away is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, Carrer de Sants, with more than 4km of shops, restaurants and leisure. This street is pedestrianized on weekends. 5 minutes from the apartment you will find Sants Station, and you will reach the city center in 15 minutes. BUILDING WITHOUT ELEVATOR. The space 55m2 apartment with private interior terrace, renovated and composed of a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and air conditioning located in the living room. The building has a nice and beautiful Solarium located on the terrace. Access is only for the building's residents and is open from 10 am to 10 pm. There you can rest, relax with the sunset and use the DRYER (free of charge). ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENT THERE ARE PLANTS AND PLENTY OF VEGETATION SO IF FOOD SCRAPS ARE LEFT IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTRACT ANTS AND/OR SMALL INSECTS. Guest access You can use the entire apartment. The apartment has a crib and high chair upon request (not guaranteed) and at no additional cost. We offer a courtesy kit containing 1 bar of soap, and 1 shampoo and 1 gel of 20 ml each. We leave 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, towels (one large and one small) for each guest, sheets, and basic cooking utensils. We DO NOT provide salt, sugar, oil, etc. If you need anything during your stay (more towels, extra fans, blankets, etc.) don't hesitate to reach out. Other things to note ROOM: - 2 nights minimum TIMES - Check in from 3:00pm with electronic key (auto check in). Ask availability if you need to get in earlier. - Check out before 11am CHECK IN ONLINE: Laws of Barcelona require us to fill out a guest registration form with their details as well as the payment of the tourist fee *. We will send you all the information through the Airbnb chat. EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED *Tourist tax: €10.45 per night per adult (applicable to guests over 16 years of age and for the first 7 nights). Tourist rate payment: ONLINE before arrival with MasterCard, Visa or Amex. Payment is made in the last step of online check-in. HOUSE RULES. OTHER ASPECTS: The apartment has an 80 L water heater, enough for normal use. In case of prolonged use, the system automatically recharges and hot water is available again in about 30 minutes.
