Twin River Cottages

Twin River cottages provides quality accommodation on a working farm just five minutes drive from the town of Gore, in the heart of Southland. Gore is a rural town on the banks of the famous Mataura River, known as the world capital of brown trout fishing. Two fishable tributaries of the Mataura River flow through the property. Gore has a population of approximately 7,500. A great place to be based while exploring all that Southland has to offer. The space Our cottage has been based on what we like to stay in on our travels. It is spacious and private and gives guests independence to drop their bags at the door, take their own fishing rods and wander down to one of the two fishable tributaries on the property to try their luck.
