If you are looking for a quiet accommodation, during or outside the JAZZ festival period in MARCIAC, you will find it here! We rent a cozy self-catering STUDIO for 4 pax (7 pax: see add T3 & tatamis) with separate entrance on the ground floor of our house located on a 1.5ha estate. Surrounded by a flowers and tree-lined garden, with organic vineyard, woods, pool/jacuzzi. Its location offers a unique view of the Pyrenees and the beautiful rolling countryside of the Gers, in the heart of Gascony. The space On the ground floor of the house is the STUDIO with private access, own kitchen and bathroom, perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay in a totally quiet and green area without direct neighbors, but with all the necessary amenities close by (grocery, supermarket, bakery , Bank, restaurants, mail, etc. ...) Here you can experience, enjoy and relax or unwind after your Jazz sessions ... Enjoy the peace and nature in a green setting. But you can also be active there: walking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, cock-nicking at the lake, playing golf (20 minutes from here) ... And of course discovering this gourmet region with its foie gras and truffles, its renowned wines and local spirits ... We created an oasis of peace, ideal for a stress-free stay. From the Jazz festival in Marciac, to complete peace ... in just 10 minutes by your car ! Guest access - the entire private STUDIO - the garden - the Zen space (with pool, table football) and grove - outdoor kitchen with plancha and a real Tandoori oven (for tandoor cooking, naan bread, pizza ...) - the heated swimming pool (salt water; heated until end of October) - the jacuzzi (38°C all year round) - the private parking Other things to note A bedroom: with 2 single beds (twin beds), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, 2 chairs, electric heating. A living room: with a comfortable sofa-bed for 2 people, a television set with TV and DVD player, a small library, a lamppost, electric heating. A bathroom: with shower, washbasin, toilet, small wardrobe and bench, towel dryer. A small and comfortably equipped kitchen: small table and 4 chairs, fridge / freezer, microwave, percolator, gas and electric cooking plate (3 + 1 fires). Cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided. The south facing terrace and the large garden around the house as well as a grove is free of access. Of course, you can also use the furniture of garden there: large tables, chairs and umbrellas ... Bed linen and towels: bed linen and towels, duvets and duvet covers, sheet, pillow and pillowcase are provided. The STUDIO is intended to accommodate 4 people maximum (view the number of beds). For more people (max. 7 people) please see our other ad "T3 & tatami room". Young COUPLES or FAMILIES with baby as 5th person are of course accepted at no extra charge, provided they carry their own baby bed and bedding. For the little ones and teens there is a range of toys (for outdoor), a mini library and board games. For small astronomers, a telescope is provided. As well as binoculars for bird watching. And musicians can exercise their arpeggiated chords on a classical guitar.
