Modern Open-Plan 3 Bed Home in Pretty Village

Home from home three bed house with plenty of parking & decked tropical garden to rear. With it's open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and separate games room, our home is a great social house for families or friends. Set in the pretty village of Edgmond, perfect for country walks and bike rides it has a children's park, pub, village shop and post office. Close to the major towns of Newport, Telford, Market Drayton, Stafford, Shrewsbury and Birmingham10 minutes walk to Harper Adams University. The space Semi-detached property with super comfortable Kingsize double bedroom, and two single bedrooms (one is a high sleeper, so not suitable for over 14 yrs) Egyptian cotton bed linen, goosefeather duvets, pillows and towels are all included. The upstairs bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is a stylish redesigned back garden with covered snug, decked area and tropical plants, a trampoline and outdoor dining space. You will find a downstairs toilet and laundry area with washing and drying facilities. A downstairs games room has a keyboard, games and toys for entertainment. We have an open fire but is not available to use during your stay. Wifi is available throughout so you can sit back with a film on the smart TV’s in the lounge or standard TV in the bedroom. Our dining table seats 6 (8 if extended) and there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen for easy breakfasts. We aim to provide tea, coffee, milk, eggs and there is a well-stocked kitchen, with condiments and ingredients you are welcome to use. We just ask that if you finish something you replace it please. Our modern open-plan home is suited to families, but equally is a comfortable private indoor & outdoor space for any type of guest. Beautiful views from the front of the house overlook the Shropshire countryside in a very calming and friendly village. Although we won't be at the house during your stay, this is our family home so there will be items in some of the wardrobes and cupboards, however, as much as possible will be tidied away with plenty of storage space for you. Guest access The whole house is accessible for your comfort and privacy. There is plenty of parking for at least 3 cars, with space on the road for more. Other things to note We have three pretty self-sufficient tabby cats - (mum Lily, her brother Pepe and Lily's baby Ginger) who are all very kind-natured and sleep a lot, in fact most of the day. They do like a fuss! An electronic chipped cat flap lets them in and out and unwanted cats away. If you are happy to be here with them, all we ask if for you to feed them twice a day (food is provided)
