Two bright, airy rooms, one double room with super king bed/2 twin beds and one twin bedded room with shared shower room between. A comfortable sitting room with TV , and dining facilities for those who require breakfast. Central heating, a surrounding garden with outdoor seating and dining and 2 parking spaces. Please note that prices quoted are £140 for two guests in one room, single occupancy £70. The space In each room there is a wardrobe, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. WIFI is available, but reception is intermittent. Guest may access other parts of the house to obtain signal. Guest access Guests have access to sitting/dining room, the patios and garden. There is also a utility room for drying outdoor clothes in inclement weather. During your stay I will endeavour to be on hand to greet guests and can help with enquiries during your stay. Other things to note I have a large labrador retriever dog, who is 4 years old (not allowed in guest only areas). Use of kitchen/fridge is by prior agreement.
