The nearest parking is a short walk away and payment free. Water supply: Due to ongoing droughts in Northern Italy, water pressure is intentionally reduced. Please plan accordingly by not running the dishwasher or washing machine while showering and using only one shower at a time. Electricity limitations: The house has limited electrical capacity. Using multiple high-energy appliances (oven, towel heaters, washing machine) simultaneously may trip the main fuse. Heating: The house is heated by two pellet stoves. Guests can bring their own pellets or use those provided in the apartment, charged per sack and payable before departure.
