Our apartment was fully renovated in January 2020 it is located in the center of Thessaloniki at a distance of 900m from Aristotelous Square & the Church of St. Ladadika and the beach(waterfront) are 400m away. The X1 Airport Express bus stop is 3 minutes walk while the train station is 8 minutes away. It has air conditioning,free Wi-Fi and a fully functional kitchen with a washing machine. Accommodates up to 6 people, it is ideal for large groups and families. The space The apartment is 54 sq.m. with two bedrooms and a spacious living room. In one bedroom there is a king size bed 160×200 and a wardrobe with a desk, while in the second bedroom a double bed with a wardrobe. There is a large sofa bed that is easily shaped into another large double bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, which makes the apartment suitable for a long stay. Finally the apartment has heating and hot water with natural gas, A/C,WiFi & Smart TV. Guest access The guests have full access to all the spaces and the two balconies of the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building without an elevator. Other things to note Parking is free on the surrounding streets of the neighborhood.
