There are four CHARM SUITES and the rooms assignment to the reservations happens according to our availability map. These units are located on 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with stairs access only. Quality, comfort, quietness and a relaxed atmosphere it's what you'll find at this new venue. Guest access This apartment is part of the Zuzabed Lisbon Suites located in the heart of historical city center of Lisbon. These units are located on 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with stairs access only. The room is equipped with 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 twin/individual beds. Please let us know how you want to have the room prepared so way may have everything according to your needs prior to your arrival. IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE OUR TOWELS OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY CHECK-IN > RECEPTION We assure reception at any time but you should always inform your flight details/arrival time in Lisbon. This information is important because there's not a permanent reception service. We will be waiting for you at the accommodation for personal reception/check-in when you will receive the keys of your accommodation. In the event you arrive before 2pm we can meet you from 8am to at least store luggage in case the accommodation is not available for immediate check-in. If available/ready in between 8am and 2pm we will check you in immediately upon arrival. Anyway, remember that we always need to know at what time you arrive. LATE CHECK-IN FEE FROM 10PM We reserve the right to apply a late check-in fee of 25€ for arrivals after 22h/10pm. This amount must be paid in cash at arrival and it's for the person that will be working late in the night to welcome you. Please share your travel plans with us.
