Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private sea-view balcony. Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (can be joined) with its own en-suite bathroom. Other things to note Villa is located up to a small steep hill next to the sea -renting a car is not necessary but it would be more comfortable. Parking is available free of charge. Swimming pool & round Sun-Ledge has been fitted with Pool Heat Pump making the pool about 3°C to 5°C warmer at 1 pm than a non-heated pool in this particular season. This provision is Optional for months March - May and September 15 - November and is being extra charged. In case you would like this provision please inform me as soon as possible as it takes 48hours approximately to be heated.
